The public pages use no cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. Signed-in officials receive one session cookie, used only to keep them signed in; it expires after 8 hours.

Official accounts and every action taken in the system (sign-ins, acknowledgements, decisions) are recorded in the audit log, which is how accountability works in this system. The log records the account, the time and the action.

The map background is fetched from OpenFreeMap when an official opens the full map; it receives the map area requested, not who is viewing it.
